…owl. In another bowl, add flour, and a tsp or so of Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasonings (or seasonings salt and pepper). In a skillet, add Canola oil and turn up the heat. Cut an onion (not your fingers) into rings or petals. Dip into egg mixture then flour then egg then flour again. Add rings to hot oil! Fry those babies until they turn a light brown color only turning once! Remove with spatula or device other than bare hands. Drain on paper towel….
