The BEST Sweet Potato Casserole EVER and easy! 3 cups baked, sweet potatoes (I’ve used canned yams and they work too!) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
