Glass, tea and exploding ravioli lasagna…

…er ravioli lasagna was on the burner, next to the tea, in my glass lasagna dish. The kids were actually sitting at the table eating pizza when I heard a glass explosion. I just happened to be in the next room. It turns out he turned on the burner under the lasagna instead of the teapot. Again, we are so thankful that the kids were at the table. …on 8 oz sour cream 1 (10 oz) cream of mushroom 1. Preheat oven to 25 degrees. 2. Wrap each chicken breast in slice of dried beef. Wrap bacon slice around beef. Secure with toothpick. Place in baking dish. 3. Mix sour cream and soup, pour over chicken. 4. Bake 3 hours covered. Serves 6 I’m going to tweak this recipe to work in a crock-pot. ©www.ilovemy5kids.blogspot.com…

…this place! My boys really loved it! By the way, a Botana is very popular dish in this part of Texas. Usually it is fajita meat loaded on a bed of tortilla chips accompanied by quesadillas and tortillas. But, the seafood botana is all on French fries covered by fried oysters, fried shrimp, and fried fish. (I was so hungry, I forgot to take a picture of the food.)   This is their sign on the outside! Baked Beef Stew

…. carrots, cut into 1″ chunks 3 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered 2 celery ribs, cut into 3/4″ chunks 1 med onion – chunks 1 slice bread, cubed Put all ingredients in baking dish.
