Last week is not one I want to repeat

November 8, 2012 Lana

…l but made a lasting memory. The PA remembered it well. Anyway…back to the main reason, I went. She gave me the exam. She couldn’t find any lumps. I have no idea where they went or what they were…but I’m praising God! He is the author of my life. I trust in Him alone. Blessed be the Name of the Lord! I still had a super bad week. But, in the light of things…the entire month gets an A+. I should also mention I found out I had a library fine of over…

Goals for 2012–PREPARATION

…a lot before we can officially say “For Sale.”) Please pray for us! 3. The main reason: We want to be nearer to family. My nearest family is about 8 hours away. My husband’s family – takes us three days to get there and 2 weeks vacation to really enjoy them. So we are making a compromise and meeting in the middle. Plus, he always seems grateful when I spend my extra money on him. I think we both know – it is a sacrifice on each others’ part. We don’t go on dates very often. (We still have 5 young children that can’t stay home by themselves.) I know some people are like – you HAVE to have dates…

November 4, 2010 Lana

…dows in the other picture so I tried the pencil sketch…it is different. I don’t know this guy’s name…but he dropped his bamboo stick. So, what is a guy to do…he made a crazy jump into the water to save his bamboo. He looked little compared to the other guys and gals. I felt like this guy/gal was main honcho! He never took his eyes off us…kind of protective of his own…reminds me of a Mother – protecting her own. I kept wondering what he/she was thi…

Mom Guilt Bingo

…nions. Man, it is hard being in those predicaments, sometimes there are no easy answers just easy opinions. With that being said, I can’t tell you how to run your home. In fact, I won’t. When I was younger and had ALL the answers, I may have given my opinion. So sometimes it is probably wise just to just pray for wisdom in every situation. I will say Mom Guilt is a real thing. Sometimes good and sometimes just by default. A Plate of GRACE Moms hav…
