Texas Taco Pie

…ven to 350 degrees. Brown meat with onion. Press dough into bottom of deep dish pie plate. Spread 1 cup of chips on dough. Stir in seasonings into meat mixture with water. Simmer 5 minutes. Layer beef on top of chips. Next spread on sour cream then cheese. Top with corn chips. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough turns golden. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa. Creamy Chicken Casserole aka Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

…oooo simple for this mommy! 3 cups cooked chicken 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz) sour cream 1 Tbsp poppy seeds 1 1/2 cup crushed Ritz (around 40) buttery crackers 1/4 cup butter Combine first 4 ingredients; spoon into 11×7 baking dish. Combine crackers, butter and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (Double if you have family of 7 – learned the hard way!)
