This was a hit for my kids and sooooo simple for this mommy!
3 cups cooked chicken
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) sour cream
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 cup crushed Ritz (around 40) buttery crackers
1/4 cup butter
Combine first 4 ingredients; spoon into 11×7 baking dish. Combine crackers, butter and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings (Double if you have family of 7 – learned the hard way!)
