Hi there – Ho there!
I’ll be amazed if anyone actually reads this. With 5 kids your probably wondering how she has the time to figure all this out.
Well, it has taken me since the Spring and I don’t have it all figured out.
As I’m typing my eldest, who is 9, is standing beside me learning to do long division. Both of us are frustrated. At first he was just agitated that I wouldn’t do it for him then I forgot my 4’s. I’m 30-something and should know what 4 x 4 = but due to the birthing process apparently my brain gave in.
I’ll probably be talking about my firstborn a lot. He is a very special kid to me. Not only are we both firstborns but we have “A” type personality. We both enjoy reading, not only books but encyclopedias. Yes, some have labeled us NERDS. We love to learn. It is a passion.
My 2nd Born is more like my husband. He is easy going, loves people, and is just fun to be around. He has a wink that will just melt your heart.
My 3rd is a true Princess. She loves to shop, play dress up, and take care of her little sister.
My 4th is also a Princess with more spunk. She is a natural athlete but wants to be a mommy when she grows up.
My 5th and final baby (unless the Lord says otherwise in audible words) is a true joy. We are probably going to regret it but we all treat this guy like he is “the baby” to the fullest. I used to get upset when someone would say that my child is spoiled but they might be correct with this child. He does get in his share of trouble but that comes with being two years old. If the kid wants something, well everyone of his siblings is at his beckon call.
My hubby is my bestest (is that a word?) friend. He can make me laugh and cry. He is just so precious to me. We’ve been for almost 11 years. They have flown by. But, I’ll get into that some other time.

Lana,
I love your blog! I tried my hand a few months ago, but got busy and let it go. Now that I see yours, maybe I’ll continue.
Love, kisses and hugs to all 🙂
