November is HERE – 30 Day Giving Challenge

November 2, 2010 Lana

I love this month!
It is about giving!  A WHOLE MONTH of giving!
orange gladiola
I wish I could give you all – my fave flower –  a gladiola!  So, here is the picture of one we planted.
We started this last year…

30-Day Giving Challenge
It is pretty simple concept!
A 30-day mission to give all to God’s glory!
It truly sparked something in my children- last year!  An attitude of giving…so we decided to continue this year.

Our first giving project:
Today we started a project in school – each kid is a making a book.
The title is “The Giving Book”.
It has to be 10 pages long.
It can consists of poems, artwork, stories and/or scriptures all to do with GIVING!
I told them there was one rule – spelling counts!  (I know I’m a mean teacher!)
I can’t wait to see what they come up with for their books!
If you want to participate – there is still time!  Go see what others are up to!
How do you encourage your kids to have a giving heart?
Blessings to you!  You are loved!
