My Review:
This is one of those books, where it helps to have some background information on the characters. I had read some of the previous books by Karen Kingsbury, thus preparing me for the information in this book. (Although, you still could start by reading just this book.)
This book definitely doesn’t give you a complete ending. It gives you a start – like a long drawn out soap opera.
I love how the characters continually turn to the Lord and see what He would have for their life. I love how there is purity all throughout the book. I wish more books and movies had the same motives. I also like how it is not necessarily written as a fairytale without real life hardships.
Due to some of the adult issues discussed in the book – I would recommend for mature eyes only. This is a book I would definitely want to read on a long trip or on the beach!
