I thought I would share with you some wonderful resources to having a better marriage.
“Sheila Wray Gregoire is a Christian speaker, columnist, and author. She’s written five books, including the upcoming The Good Girl’s Guide to Great Sex (out in January 2012 with Zondervan!). She loves speaking about marriage, parenting, and keeping our eyes on Jesus.“
She is NOT shy by telling you how it is – Biblical!
I’m so thankful I had Godly women in life that told me that SEX was a good “thang” in marriage. I also had women in my life that thought it was a taboo subject and it is only for making babies. Oh, I shudder for their husbands – how sad they never enjoyed their gift from God in marriage.
I can’t imagine – the hurts – that some of gone through in past relationships. It can be a very delicate subject – that is for sure. I would never blog to hurt anyone but to promote freedom and truly to enjoy their spouse.
Sheila is only on day 2 of series – so it is NOT too late to join in.
So hop on over to:
and read!
Let me say: it is for ADULT married or soon to be married eyes ONLY!
Blessings to you! You are loved!
P.S. Sheila and I are friends on Twitter. But, she has NO idea that I’m promoting her. I’m not working for her or Zondervan. I just truly think this is a good “thang!”

You’re awesome! And you’re right–I didn’t have any idea you were promoting me. But I saw the Tweet, and I so appreciate it!
I’ve been trying to figure out lately why churches won’t talk about it more. I think there is an element of being embarrassed about it, but I think it goes further than that. I think that many churches don’t talk about marriage at all, let alone sex, because they don’t want to offend the single or divorced in their pews. They want to give sermons and women’s events and writings that are applicable to everyone, so no one is left out.
But some things are just too important not to talk about. I know people get offended easily, but I would hope that single women would recognize that this is important for married women, and that it does need to be discussed.
So let’s have fun with it! And I hope a bunch of people hop on over to my blog (where I’m having a ton of fun!).
