Dying to Read
by Lorena McCourtney
From the publisher:
Cate Kinkaid is just dipping her toe into the world of private investigating until one of the many résumés she has floating around lands her a real job. All she has to do is determine that a particular woman lives at a particular address. Simple, right? When the big and brooding house happens to contain a dead body, this routine PI job turns out to be anything but simple. Is Cate in over her head?
My Review:
This book was a very simple read. It reminded me of an old – Murder She Wrote episode. Not too difficult to understand, had humor and a simple plot.
One of the things I did like about the book was the cover. It was refreshing and bright.
This book is not suitable for younger eyes…it did have murder and a few questionable predicaments.
I really don’t see it as a Christian fiction. She prayed when she was in trouble but other than that…not much substance.
Blessings to you! You are loved!
