My Review:
When I first opened this book, I thought it would be great for a backpack to take to school. It has 365 devotions for every day of the year.
The devotions are very short and can be read in less than five minutes per day.
The first one I read was very easy more like milk for a child. The second one was more like bread, chewy but not very deep. I also like the “One More Thought” at the end of each page. It gives you something to ponder each day – like what would you do?
This devotional is not for an intense Bible study but more for a quick refresher. The entire time I read it – I thought back to my high school Fellowship of Christian Athletes meetings. The high school students would go do devotions for the middle school. This book would be perfect to begin those discussions where time was very limited.
For an entire year of devotions – this one is small to me. It is just a perfect size for small hands.
Overall, if you are needing an easy book to read for a small devotions this one would fit the bill.
Blessings to you! You are loved!
