…made a Trim Healthy Mama menu for this entire week. After hours of shopping, we bought some bins. Each bin represents a day. All menu ingredients are separated by day into each bin. Simple! Plus, the kids can cook each meal that is planned. I have copied all the recipes to 3 x 5 cards with the page number so I can find it in the book if needed.
