Cake Mix Cookies…

April 16, 2009 Lana

Can you say easy as 1-2-3? I love these kind of recipes, I mean truly love!!! My hubby actually makes these because of the simplicity and oh my, they are wonderful!

We got the recipe from a friend at church, Mrs. Cindy! Thanks for sharing!

Cake Mix Cookies from ilovemy5kids

1 cake mix (we like to use yellow cake mix)
1/4 cup of oil ( we use canola)
2 eggs

Yep! That is it!

Mix together – the batter will be thick. I use my old faithful kitchen-aid and it is strong, so I don’t notice. Roll them in little balls and put them on a cookie sheet or stone.

Bake until barely done about 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand for another minute or two or they will fall apart.

Yummy, tastes just like the cake mix dough!

Blessings to you!!!  You are loved!!!

We love cake mix cookies too. Our favorite is to use the yellow cake mix, roll them into little balls and then roll them in cinnamon sugar. It’s a quick and easy snickerdoodle and they a scrumptious!

These sound so simple to make! Measuring the ingredients is what seems to take the most time when baking, and with only 3 ingredients. . . big time-saver!
