7 Ways to Win the Wife of the Year Award…NOT!

October 21, 2009 Lana

Not saying that I have EVER done any of these…because I’m the “perfect” wife.
(HaHaHaHaHa!  Yes, that was in the Witch’s voice from The Wizard of Oz and not the nice witch either.)

  • Leave the toothpaste cap open and make sure the paste is in the bottom of the tube.
  • Wash red lingerie with all White T-Shirts and white socks.
  • Have bras drying on the antlers or door knobs in the Living Room when the “guys” come over.
  • NEVER tighten the lids on the mayo jar that is in the door of the fridge or any lids for that matter.
  • Spray “Beautiful” in the closet and momentarily forget that the closet is shared.
  • Mow the yard and make sure to run over every stump so the blades get bent.

Yes, this will definitely get you some bonus points!  I’m just saying – this might earn you “some kind” of an award.  Again, not that I have EVER done any of these!  I love you hubby!!!  So happy you forgive my imperfections!

Oh boy…even after all these years my hubby occasionally will receive a freshly-laundered basket FULL of pink socks, undies and tees.
      He Loves me anyway:)

I just read you say your name like “banana.” All this time in my head I was calling you “Lonna.” Glad to know…my head is fixed now.

TOO FUNNY!!! I just mowed the lawn and ran over about 300 pine cones. (I will need to pick up the other 500 for craft purposes.) I wonder what pine cones do to blades?

      LOL! Good list.
…..”Spray “Beautiful” in the closet and momentarily forget that the closet is shared.”….and for some reason “White Diamonds” doesn’t seem to be a hit with the Hubby either! LOL

      Have a beautiful day!

LOL That is great. My daughter constantly leaves the caps loose on the mayo and jelly, I guess she is just practicing for when she gets married. lol

May the LORD bless you and keep you; May the LORD make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; May He turn His face toward you and give you peace. Feel free to leave a comment - we LOVE to hear your thoughts! ~Blessings to you!~ ~You are so loved!~ ~Lana (Like Banana)~
