Rejoice (Women of Faith Worship)
When I was on bed rest in the hospital for weeks (with my youngest), I got sick of television. The drugs they had me on (to prevent labor) made me shake, so I couldn’t read without getting a severe headache. I would turn to music. Many people who came in my hospital room remarked how my room was so peaceful.
Music does something to my children as well. When I put on this CD – they got quiet. Then they just started singing and praising the Lord. I love it. The songs themselves just make me you want to sing along and praise Him.
Anything that promotes peace in my home and gets my kids to praise the Lord earns merit in my book.
