Menu – Dec. 15, 2008

December 15, 2008 Lana

I love to cook and prepare food. I do not like to bake so much.
I hope this post helps gives variety to someone’s menu this week.
It just makes me a little more organized (and I need all the help I can get.)
When I write out a menu and plan the list, my hubby takes the younger children and goes grocery shopping. He actually enjoys it! I love this man! Not to mention, I love the sweet time alone with the older children or by myself for that matter. 🙂

Monday
Tortilla Soup in a crockpot (Thanks Kristi!)
Tuesday
Homemade Turkey Cheese Burgers with baked fries
Wednesday
Homemade Lasagna with yummy low-fat caesar salad
Thursday
Shepherd’s Pie
Friday
Soft tacos with chips and dip
Saturday
Fend for yourself Day

Your menu this week sounds really good. I am going to have to try the soup.

I hope you like this soup as much as we do. I’ve got to get my menu planned for the week too. Blessings to you and your family!
