Years ago, we lived in a rent house and the owner had planted these flowers. I fell in love. When we bought our home here, I planted about 50 bulbs. None of them came up. I was so sad.
Last year, one came up in October. I couldn’t believe it. This year 10 came up. Aren’t they beautiful? They are called Gladiolas
and they make me glad!
That is what I’m hooked on this Friday.

I have gladiolas in my garden too! I’m a little worried though because the foliage has come up but the flowers have not bloomed yet. I have lots of stuff kind of surrounding them so hopefully they aren’t too crowded to bloom this year! 🙂
