June 22, 2010 Lana

If you haven’t been here before – Welcome!  We are in the middle of our House Remodel 2010!  We are doing everything ourselves (except the granite).
before... This is what it looked like before…new kitchen And this is the “now” look.  My new bar.oven place Oven is going here.Walk in pantry Walk-in pantry. Writing on the wallsSince these boards are not going to be showing…I decided to personalize them with scriptures.  Scripture If anyone ever replaces the ovens – they will find them.More scripturesUntil then – it will be our secret.  Clean Machine! I know…such a clean kitchen.  I strive to do my best.  HA! Big Wall We took down the paneling on this wall and found more sheetrock.  What a sweet blessing! Open SpacesAgain, more of my “clean” house.  Don’t be jealous.  This took 2 weeks to get it this clean.
Want to know our secret?Happy Hour We love Sonic Happy Hour!
We both like their SWEET TEA (without grits please)!

What is favorite fountain drink?
We have so much more to show you…it really is going to look great!
Go see more of our BIG HOME RENOVATION 2010!
Blessings to you!!!  You are loved!!!

Love this idea! The house my hubby is bricking right now did this, the owners had a party and invited friends and family to write favorite scripture on it, our church also did it on our newly added wing.

I am enjoying watching your home transform. I get the fun of a remodel without the work (ha ha)!

Sonic happy hour is the best. I had one of their new lemonades the other day and it was delicious!

*Sigh* I LOVE Sonic! I wish we had one closer. Of course, Cherry Limeades would make me go broke, so maybe it’s good that we don’t have one closer.

I love the scriptures on the wall and LOVE the bar! I think about ripping out the wall between my kitchen and dining room to put in a bar all the time. We have a nice original-to-the-house built in hutch on that wall though; so it stops me.

Thanks for sharing your remodel with us – I found you on Anything Related and I’m following you now. Can’t wait to see the finished product – of course, I’m sure you can’t either!

Writing Scripture inside the wall is such a great idea! The work looks like it’s really coming along. Of course, being there, it probably feels like its taking forever!

May the LORD bless you and keep you; May the LORD make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; May He turn His face toward you and give you peace. Feel free to leave a comment - we LOVE to hear your thoughts! ~Blessings to you!~ ~You are so loved!~ ~Lana (Like Banana)~
