World’s Largest Uncle Sam and Pistachio

February 8, 2012 Lana

My friend M. is so precious.  She has more preschool and young elementary ideas than anyone I know.  She needs to start her own website!  (Hint! Hint!)
Her hubby works in different places for long periods of time and since they homeschool they get to travel with him.
She sent me a couple of photos that just blessed my heart.  She knows my love for visiting crazy things like the World’s Largest EVERYTHING!

The World’s Largest Uncle Sam
in Hatch, New Mexico

The World’s Largest Pistachio
in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
World's Largest Pistachio
Thank you so much M. for sharing your travels!
If you have any pictures of the World’s Largest anything – send them my way!  I’d love to see them!
I happened upon this website that actually did a documentary on the World’s Largest – it included the World’s Largest Bee – that we have been to.  We had no idea why it was made – so very cool!
The best ones are the ones you just happen to come upon and make time for a photo-op with your kids.  I love making those sweet memories!  It is taking the time to stop and smell the roses.
Blessings to you!  You are loved!

I just had to smile. I live in between Hatch and Alamogordo. The place with Uncle Sam has tons of creative fixtures in front of his restaurant. And they make the best green chili cheese burgers. 🙂

May the LORD bless you and keep you; May the LORD make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; May He turn His face toward you and give you peace. Feel free to leave a comment - we LOVE to hear your thoughts! ~Blessings to you!~ ~You are so loved!~ ~Lana (Like Banana)~
