…Years ago, we lived in a rent house and the owner had planted these flowers. I fell in love. When we bought our home here, I planted about 50 bulbs. None of them came up. I was so sad. Last year, one came up in October. I couldn’t believe it. This year 10 came up. Aren’t they beautiful? They are called Gladiolas and they make me glad! That is what I’m hooked on this Friday. Blessings to you! You are loved! ©www.ilovemy5kids.blogspot.com…

Lately our family seems to be a magnet for strays. I went to a park the other day and a skunk was laying in the bushes. I never saw it, and I am only partial to floral fragrances so I quickly scattered. Did I ever tell you about seeing the rat at the grocery store? I’m wa…
Can you say “Husband of the Year”?
…y is a lot of things around here! He is my sweet thang, the one who brings home the bacon, the cleaner-upper of messes, diaper changer without complaining, window washer, handy man, duster, Mr. Romantic, grocery shopper (with all 5 kids), and is willing to give his life for his wife (he told me he would when we were on our honeymoon and I think he still would). I truly adore this guy! Lately, he has been the best at buying and giving gifts to me….
