When my kids were little I learned that if I wanted a nap, I couldn’t disappear to my room – they’d all follow me. However, if I sat on the family room couch, in the middle of the commotion, and leaned my head back, I could usually get some rest. I guess they didn’t think I was deserting them to do something fun! Maybe it will work for you.
I’m very surprised that with a headache and five munchkins in your bed, that you have a big smile on your face. Good for You!
