Remodeling the time away – literally! – Part 9

June 8, 2010 Lana

This is the before…IMG_3735 This is after the clock quit ticking…IMG_3773 This is the clock after the fall…IMG_3772 What a good clock it was for such a “time” as that…IMG_3774  Okay – bad joke.  I know.  It was just “timeless.”IMG_3731 Another “Before”…IMG_3767 Now a mess…IMG_3733 From another angle…IMG_3768 Another big mess…
Oh there is so much more to come but right now we are in the middle of a thunderstorm and I’m zonked.  Still so much to do and so many more pictures to take.
I caught myself dusting during this process.  I mean real dusting with pledge and everything.  Within seconds the entertainment system was an inch thick of sheetrock dust.  I’ll be so glad when the dirty work is finished.
My new “black” refrigerator is now looking like it got stopped in a snowstorm.  I guess I can pretend it is snowing since it is so HOT outside.  I keep thanking the Lord for our “working” a/c.
More to come on our Remodel Reality 2010!
Blessings to you!  You are loved!

Something about seeing studs (as in the wall kind) just makes me giddy with excitement! I’m anxious to see the rest of the kitchen redo, so I’m your newest follower!

Your comment on my blog made me smile. I wish that I could just bring over a shrimp boil for your dinner tonight. The renovations are coming right along. I can’t wait to see what you are going to do next.
